FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS USA - CIRCA 1986

Since my favorite blog is on the subject and I was a little bored while I was printing out my Christmas cards....I decided to drag out the old photo albums...and the scanner. For my NIAGARA BLOG friends...a little gift from me to you.

I will not implicate any people shown in the photos shown below. One was taken in the Wintergarden, and one was taken with part of Table Rock and (what has become) the Fallsview area as a backdrop. Ahhh....those were the days.

Chihuly update!

You haven't missed it! It's been extended through February 24th. If family is visiting for the holidays and you need something to do...this is a good place to go!

Chihuly at Phipps

We spent a couple hours at Phipps Conservatory on a hot day in September. This exhibit was everything we hoped it would be and more. If you have the chance - GO! It will be there until November 11th last I heard. Photos can't capture the brilliance and glow of the glass...but I tried.
